Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt (like Lawry's)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup scallions, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Set the cream cheese out to warm
  • Cook the bacon if not using bacon crumbles. Set aside to cool, then crumble into small pieces.
  • Dice the tomatoes (if you're using large tomatoes, I recommend de-seeding so they don't add too much moisture).
    Dice the scallions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and onion powder and mix until creamy. You may want to use an electric hand mixer.
  • Carefully fold in the bacon, scallions, and tomatoes.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to mix before serving. We love to serve this with potato chips!
